Show the full Internet headers on the messages which seem delayed (all the
mail programs I use have a way to do this...some are easier than others
(and Outlook Express on Windows is at the bottom of the ease-of-doing-it
list)).
Look at the Received headers (taking the time zones into account).
Something will likely turn up.
