"Runs perl in debug mode, on the program given following (the first)
e: e".

Basically, it does something remarkably similar to "perl -de 42".

Perhaps we should have "perl -deg", for users of scientific
calculators?  Of course, this one starts up in RAD mode, which is
unfortunate.
