The posting was very interesting. "War stories" are fun and
enlightening. Jargon is part of the business, and if you don't
understand a term, find out what it means. Sometimes you RTFM, sometimes
you ask.

The definitions (now that I've read them) were super.

You merely did what a lot of people were probably thinking. I didn't
detect any rudeness, but maybe North Americans are more sensitive than I
am!
