Starmedia was when I left (errr, was forcably ejected) last year.  I
wouldn't so much call it "mixed" as "half the programmers liked
Python, half liked Perl".  This -should- have produced code reuse
problems (ie. somebody writes a library in Perl and the Python guys
can't use it and vice-versa), but we were reusing almost nothing.

Anyhow, I dunno what they're like now.  From the developer attrition
rate over there I suspect they're still as fucked up as when I got
booted.
