Here's what happens on SunOS 4.1.4, using XML::Parser 2.23 (since 2.24 is
busted):

leprss% !per
perl xml.pl
test.xml not well-formed:

not well-formed at line 7, column 0, byte 360 at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/sun4-sunos/XML/Parser.pm line 153

I know nothing about XML, but if the module is to be believed,
something is wrong with it.
