confusing, isn't it?

the questions from country selection through entering additional URLs all  
behave that way.  control-d is the correct approach (it's mentioned in the  
README i think).  it's really touchy about input format, but a little  
experimentation will get you through it.

multiple returns after a single input might confuse it.  if i remember  
correctly, it works if you enter your selection, hit return once, then ^D.   
the multiple choice selections work if you separate each input with return,  
and do ^D at the end.  where you want to make an empty entry, don't enter a  
return or anything else, just ^D.

mind you, i haven't done this in a little while, so YMMV.
