It's probably a new one he installed by hand struggling to install=20
the Bundle.  I don't remember if I ever sent Graham a patch for this=20
or not.  Someone probably should, even though it's just a minor=20
annoyance.

In general, yes :-)   But he said that this was a "basic install", so=20
I assumed he didn't have anything else installed.

Right.  If there's anything worth salvaging, replace "drag to Trash"=20
with "restore from backup".  Or, as you say, just rerunning the=20
installer should do it.
