I get an error # Modification of a read-only value attempted. File 'Annex:The Vault:Incoming:DownLoad:HTML-Parser-3.02:t:cases.t'; Line 103 when I run the indicated test file after running a few others. But, if I start MacPerl and immediately run that test file, I get no such error, the tests run, and all are passed. In both cases, MacPerl is not close to being out of memory, although the system only has a few megs left unused. If I run a bunch of other tests, in the form openfile-run-closefile, but leaving MacPerl running, I eventually hit the error in other test files as well. Running them in a freshly opened MacPerl gets rid of the error. Is this a problem with the way I've compiled and installed this module, or some cleanup issue with the module and MacPerl in general? At first, I thought it had to do with some CodeWarrior compilation settings, but I'm not making strings read-only, which seems to be the only relevant switch. -- MattLangford ==== Want to unsubscribe from this list? ==== Send mail with body "unsubscribe" to macperl-porters-request@macperl.org
