I have been very busy and thus have been unable to spend much time on 
the MacPerl CGI column I drafted.  The feedback I got suggested some 
easy things and some hard things.  Among the hard things was to 
explain exactly how an .acgi differed from a .cgi and why server push 
is only possible under .acgi.  That I cannot do in the next few days 
or even weeks.  I could polish the column without that addition 
fairly quickly, maybe with the promise of a later column that probed 
.acig and maybe other glue issues in greater depth.
