Dunno; Brian?

Actually, Vicki and Baiju need to get into the act a bit for the
transition. Vicki needs to tell Baiju about the new plan, get
buy-in, and find out what kind of lead time Baiju wants on new
material.

That being said, I can guess a bit. If the new issue needs to be
online on the first of the month, Baiju should have the material
at least a week before. Given that you want the scribes to help
look for problems, you should probably allocate at least a week
for your reviewers to look things over and get back to you. So,
try to get the "beta" draft to the reviewers by the 15th?

Word, RTF, HTML, ...)

AFAIK, Vicki has been submitting hand-edited HTML.

AFAIK, by email to Baiju.

Post it to macperl-scribes. If this starts to be a problem for anyone,
let me know, but IIRC this was part of the basic charter of the list.
