You can try http://www.iperweb.com which host my com site. You have full
telnet feature (as far i tried)," Solaris" Perl,  SSI, even SSL, live cgi
error log saved for a month (usefull to backward debug),  HTTP1.1 multi IP
address possibylity. Looked from europe the pricing are very good. The
black point is that you have just one pop account (with as many alias you
want)...
