I played with it somemore yesterday- and I think I am seeing this problem
When I run my program the first time, it works fine, then the "MacPerl" window
gets locked- (I can see the lock icon on it)- the next time I run a program
it doesnt work- Also, if I close the MacPerl window- I can never see it again
(I had to re-install MacPerl)

So would doing $|=1 help?

Thanks

My 2nd program worked fine - if it was the first to run..

Thanks for all the messages
