[MacPerl] IO-1.05 module available for PPC

I've put together the IO module as a PPC shared library.  If you're
familiar with the UNIX version, it'll do just about everything that
it does.  Very much an alpha sort of thing.  But it does pass the
tests.  Works ONLY with 5.1.0 alpha MPW tool.
