*I absolutely agree with this.*  Given the choice of pushing back the book
or having 800 pages I will grit my teeth and accept the 800 pages.

But I still can't agree that an 800-pager is easy to use.  For me, it's not.
(There is a large difference between "I _can_ use this" and "I _would want_
to use this").
