[MacPerl] MacPerl Help Menu

Hereās Dumb Question #44

How can I read MacPerl Help? This is pretty basic, I know. When I click
on a topic in Help, eg, Overview of MacPerl, I receive a dialog box that
says: Could not find helper for "file". Do you want to create one?  For
"file", you should specify a WWW browser as the helper.

Then I have the option to launch Internet Config. When I do, and do what
I think should work, it doesnāt change the situation. I just donāt get
it.
