[MacPerl] GD.pm in MacPerl

[Lincoln Stein <lstein@genome.wi.mit.edu>]

I've recently learned that GD.pm (which I was the original author on)
has been ported to MacPerl.  Could someone fill me in on the details
so that I can update the GD.pm documentation to reflect this?
