[MacPerl] Expires Header/Pragma No-Cache

Hi,

I have a CGI in MacPerl that sends an HTML document to the users browser.
I would like the HTTP header to prevent the file from being cached.  I was
told that I should send the Pragma: no-cache and an Expires header with a
date in the past.

Does anybody know the syntax for this header?
