I've gone back and taken a quick look at FrameMaker. I was aware of the
need to send the GetAETE event in some cases, but Frame doesn't work that
way. The Apple event support is implemented via a plug-in, but the same
dictionary is included in both the application and the plug-in, so a
GetAETE event isn't necessary.

What appears to be happening is that FrameMaker implements the entire core
suite! Script Editor knows to go and get the dictionary information from
the scripting component 'aeut' resource, but my perl code doesn't do this
yet. As a result, the perl output is missing some information. FrameMaker's
scripting is fairly complete. The dictionary exceeded 10 pages when
printed.
