Correct indeed.  I think I would just be happy if they took existing
support, added Perl5 keywords, and let me assign the coloring to arbitrary
files (that are not named a particular way).  According to Patrick Woolsey
from BB, that is all planned.  BBEdit does a decent job.  To try and do
better would probably be a waste of their time, considering they could not
possibly get it perfect anyway.
