[MacPerl] GUSI

I was running the recently released DES Challenege client for PPC/OT
(http://www.frii.com/~rcv/deschall.htm) and saw it was created with
Matthias' GUSI.  Anyway, when I selected the "Quit Other Applications"
command from the DES app, it quit everything, including the Finder -- but
NOT MacPerl.  Is that a coincidence?
