It seems that the output to a MacPerl window for STDOUT/STDERR only works with Perl Filters. For instance, Check Syntax created a new window on failure (though it did bring up an error browser, which is ultra-cool). I would prefer to have all STDERR/STDOUT directed to one MacPerl window, except for Perl Filters STDOUT, which I would want directed back into the original window.
