Note that this documentation is VERY out of date - using the CGI glue 
is easier than what it describes.

Note also that, at least as far as Webstar 1.3.2 is concerned, not 
all of the CGI environment variables that you would expect in a Unix 
environment are passed to a MacPerl script. Note also that WebStar 
uses $ to separate 'extra path' data from the rest of a URL, while 
Unix uses /.
