No.

$INC[0] is the main lib on single architecture installations. With the addition
of CFM-68K shared libraries, MacPerl, like other multi-platform installations,
now first searches the platform specific library directory. For most
directories specified, perl is prepared to search:

/dir/ARCH/5.004
/dir/ARCH
/dir

provided the version- and architecture-specific directories exist.
