That's exactly what I did ... I love CPAN.pm.  Maybe I -- or someone else
-- will port some of it over someday.

Anyway, for those who are CPAN newbies, this means you need to download the
file TimeDate-1.07.tar.gz to get Date::Format.  You will find it in
/modules/by-module/Date/ as already mentioned, or in /authors/id/GBARR/.
