[MacPerl] MacPerl 513r2_appl_hqx

I have just installed MacPerl 513r2_appl_hqx and have found that I have created
a whole
bunch of directories, some of which contain the same dirs and files. I can't
fine the perl.html file for help. 

What am I suposed to install in my cgi-bin?
How do I run configure as per instructions?
How do I run a demo to see if everything is working?
