Does it come with the installation?

Ummmm, what inst6allation?? It is a UN*X component, so if you mean does it
come with MacPERL, the answer is no. If you mean is it generally included
with UN*X distributions, then the answer depends on the UN*X flavor. It is
rolled into NetBSD, but is compiled off. That means that it is in the
source tree, but the binary kernal that you get from netbsd.com will not
have it turned on. You either have to find a *BSD with it compiled in, or
compile your own with the netatalk flag turned on.

Yes, as the standard option, which can be turned off.
