[MacPerl] CGI.pm folder..

Greetings..		


   I just downloaded CGI.pm from CPAN or somewhere.. and now I've got
   CGI.pm-2.37b6 on folder on my desktop.  I've read the README file
   that came with it, but I can't find anything that will help me in
   there..  Does this CGI.pm folder belong in my server's root direct-
   ory or does it belong within the MacPerl folder?
