I am developing a *commercial* product.  I must *deliver* the product for
Mac, Windows, and Unix.  I must test the product to work on all three
environments.

So ultimately, I must have a final process that bundles the product's
source for each platform.  It is this step I wanted to avoid.

There's no question about how to convert text files from Unix to Mac to
Windows, etc.
