I just installed MacPerl Version 514r4 (PPC) and had to find out, that inline input for Japanese doesn't work as in Version 5.1.3r2 (PPC and 68k). (1)Both Versions of MacPerl allow inline input in the editing window for scripts. (2) Runing the script: #test $a= <STDIN>; print $a; Version 5.1.3r2 allows inline input for STDIN ; Version 514r4 opens the floating input window. (Font was set to Osaka, inline-input enabled on both Versions) Andreas Marcel Riechert ***** Want to unsubscribe from this list? ***** Send mail with body "unsubscribe" to mac-perl-request@iis.ee.ethz.ch
