Re: [MacPerl] Creating a Resource Fork in a Text File Createdwith MacPerl

I don't believe that a resource fork is necessary at all.

You need only set the creator and type:

               Type: TEXT
               Creator: R*ch

I have a bunch of drag-and-drop filetypers that simply change the creator and
file type and this trick works just find to cause a different application
open a particular file.

Hope this helps,

Taylor
