In the future, use Netmind's URL-minder service, which does the same thing
and costs you no overhead:

In the present, try Apple Data Detectors.  You need to be running OS8, but
I understand that one of its features is the isolation of email addresses
from text.  If you're using an older OS and it's a one-time job, you can
probably find someone with OS8 to handle it for you.
