[MacPerl] The Command-. bug

So if I just reboot it should flush out the STDLOG file.
Correct?  I tried doing an ES and an EA before just having
to reboot.  Maybe that's why it put a blank STDLOG file out
there.  Also, the RB command just made Macsbug say that the
error was now in Macsbug (after trying ES and EA that is).
