[MacPerl] Getting rid of dialog box

I have a really basic question. When I call a MacPerl acgi program from a
URL, the program runs but I get an accompanying dialog box with the
message: "This program relays MacHTTP search AppleEvents to MacPerl. It
will terminate after 5 minutes of inactivity." How do I prevent that
dialog box from appearing? I am just giving Perl a try using the new
version of Microsoft Personal Web Server on the same machine as I use for
writing the programs, the latest MacPerl, running a PowerMac 8600/200 and
Mac OS 8. I'm sure this is something extremely obvious that somehow is
escaping me. Thanks for any responses!
