Also, watch out for the path separator character and the way directory path/file systems are handled, in general. Read the Mac-specific chapters in the PODs that come with MacPerl. They explain the issues pretty thoroughly. So far, for me, CGIs have worked fine, with the exception of the PATHINFO mentioned previously. OTOH, I'm trying to port LWGate, at the moment, and it seems to keep the connection to the browser open, somehow, so that output doesn't show unless I stop the download.
