Re: [MacPerl] Distributing reduced MacPerl package with Droplet ?

Hi Matthias and Chris,

thanks for the explanations and the tip of using the bigappl, but I have a
problem in doing this.

What's wrong with my configuration:
I installed Mac_Perl_518r4_appl, then the Mac_Perl_518r4_bigappl on top of
it, i.e. replacing the application itself.
When I start the runtime-version of the script, it still shows me the same
errors:
-----
# Can't locate Mac/Resources.pm in @INC.
File 'Toni Zollikofer HD1:Desktop Folder:Eu2Com Runtime'; Line 95
# BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.
File 'Toni Zollikofer HD1:Desktop Folder:Eu2Com Runtime'; Line 95
----

Can I test it only on a machine that does not have the MacPerl package on it?
I have a PowerPC, but I guess even if it is a fat binary, both embedded
executables would access the statically linked libraries, right?
Or is just this library not linked in?

I have looked at your script, but it only replaces the files, that are
mentioned in the script itself, it does not walk through recursively, right?

Best regards,
Toni
