I would tend to agree except (good news if not for this particular situation)
the book went to the printers yesterday (everybody cheer). Edits get
considerably harder, and more expensive, after the printer has the book :-)

We'll see what can be done... at the worst, we can collect information for the
next (hoped for) printing.
