[MacPerl] Re: MacPerl: Attempting read of folder of files

I guess I don't understand the setup. The problem was as one individual
stated, the names of the files, but I am able to read the files using opendir,
readdir and rename.  For one reason or another I have to make multiple passes
through the directory, but eventually I am able to get them renamed so I can
process the data I was looking for.

I can rename, but I can't open the files.

Can anyone give me some insight's as to why.
