I've never tried installing from the CD. The only way I could is by
LocalTalk from one of the machines that has a CD, because, of course, a
165 doesn't have one and I don't have an external. I've done this before
with other software (heck, I installed 7.6 on the Powerbook over
LocalTalk) and it worked fine. But the installers I ftp'd from Matthias'
site worked fine, and my Powerbook is running 5.20r4.
