While I don't normally speak for others, I think Arved is probably referring
to <URL:http://www.perl.com/>, which is hosted and partly run by O'Reilly.
(See <URL:http://www.perl.com/about.html>). This is the address I assumed he
was talking about since it's also the first place I look when I have a Perl
question and my Camel book isn't handy.
