[MacPerl] Current Instruction for Building MacPerl?

Are the instructions in "the Book" for building MacPerl still current? (In
other words, did anything change for MacPerl 5.2.0?) Is there a convenient
source for the wayward NuToolLibs.o? (I have back to CW11, but the book
seemed to imply that it isn't going to be there....)
