"Server Error" is a web server error. 99% of the time, this means that
the CGI printed something out before it printed it's "Content-type" line,
like a syntax error or other perl error. The web server sees this as a
server error. The web server will log the exact error message to its
error log. Where that log is depends on lots of things.
