[MacPerl] reload shuck

Xah (I think) mentioned that Shuck should be able to "reload" an opened
file.  Well, it can.  Command-K re-renders the POD documents showing code
sections in grey; hitting Command-K again shows just the POD.  If you hit
Command-K twice, it has the same effect as a Reload function would.
