[MacPerl] MacPerl plays harmonica

Harmonica was my first true love. I've been playing for 25 years and have
taught well over a hundred students how to play.

"Harmonica Helper" is intended for use as a teaching tool. Its purpose is
to show how easy playing the harmonica really is. If you don't play an
instrument yet this might be your best chance.

You can play the on screen harmonica by typing your computer keyboard's top
row of number keys to blow or draw air thru a harmonica hole.

Type a number key and the corresponding harmonica hole will turn blue for a
blow note and that note will sound. Hold down the shift key while typing a
number key and that hole will turn yellow for a draw note and that note
will sound.

21 songs are included ranging from beginner to advance.

You can take a lesson on any of the songs. A phrase of the song is played
and then you have to repeat it. The lesson continues one phrase at a time
until you have completed the song.

This program simulates a 10 hole diatonic harmonica. Do yourself a favor
and get one. Email me privately for recommendations on brands and models to
start with.

I have several ideas for enhancements but this is a busy gigging season.
I'll get back to it eventually.

The "Read Me" contains more explanations and directions as well as some
problems that I haven't figured out how to solve yet.

Please send me any bug reports.

P.S. The copyright is there to protect the original version I wrote for
Commodore 64 which was used at several Children Museums in the late 80s.
Please feel free to play with the code as well as the program.
