Nifty idea, thanks.  A couple of suggestions:

* Change the /text clipping/ check to:

  if (MacPerl::GetFileInfo($ARGV[0]) eq 'clpt') {

My clippings, like from Eudora and NewsWatcher, do not always have the text
"text clipping" in the name.

* There's a bug where you have if () { } elsif () { } } else { }
                                                    ^^^
Too many }'s.
