BTW, thanks to Jean-Charles BERTIN <jc.bertin@mipsys.com> for building
MIME-Base64-2.09.  I was never able to download it, and a newer version was
out, so I just built it, since it is the easiest thing to build anyway and
I was on a roll.  :)

Also, I was asked about where to download Mac-Glue.  Note that my FTP site
is offline now, but you can browse my files via HTTTP at:

Don't worry, it is legal, since it is mine.  :)  The MIME type on the
server is busted, so you have to save as ... the link instead of just
clicking on it.
