A general Mac OS Help thing.  Has dictionaries for lots of langauges,
including Perl and Java and human languages like French and German.

A neat project might be for someone to extend the Perl dictionary to
include more MacPerl-specific stuff, standard modules, etc.  I don't know
how useful it would be, but some people might find it useful.
