Go to the Preferences item in the Edit menu and click the 'Others' icon 
in that window. Then click the "Internet Config" button and find the 
"Helper Applications" section, where you can assign an application to the 
"Editor" keyword. In OS8.x, it will be in the Advanced tab in the 
Internet control panel.
