If so, did you run it, then edit, then run again? Something like that? :-) The end product of all this is pretty simple: the perl tool in the MPW Tools folder, and a Perl startup script in the MPW Startup folder. Worst comes to worst, just open the Perl startup script, and add the Perl library paths to the PERL5LIB environment variable.
