These discussions on MIDI are interesting as I'd like to be able
to open a MIDI file and extract the score for playing by hand.
I use a Casiotone keyboard, MIDI interface and Trax sequencing
software which doesnt let me print scores.
I have a Hypercard stack which receives and sends MIDI events,
and it is probably done with a XCFN (spelling???). I guess this
could be stript out with Resedit and accessed through MacPerl's
interface to Externals. I'll have a look tonight.
