If you want to play with alternate addressing (i.e., instead of using the app ID like MACS, MOSS, or whatever, but want to do PPC ports or process serial numbers or paths to applications) then you can play with this minimal distribution: http://pudge.net/files/macperl/temp/Mac-Glue-Test.sit.bin The directions are all in there. A README, an examples.plx script, Glue.pm, Simple.pm, and two shared libraries (CFM68K and PPC) for a fix to the LaunchApplications function in Mac::Processes. Some assembly required, so don't bother downloading it unless you kinda know what you are doing. :) This should all be in a future release (maybe in a few days or so), but I want to have it tested and played with (for the interface as well as to see if it works) before I put it in a release. -- Chris Nandor mailto:pudge@pobox.com http://pudge.net/ %PGPKey = ('B76E72AD', [1024, '0824090B CE73CA10 1FF77F13 8180B6B6']) ===== Want to unsubscribe from this list? ===== Send mail with body "unsubscribe" to macperl-request@macperl.org
